Water Oaks is a premier gated community located at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean. This slice of waterfront paradise – between the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and Lesner Bridge – consists of 52 family town homes and garden units.
The community was first developed in the late 1970’s. The swimming pool, club house, and miles of beach are the focus of activity. The gorgeous sandy beaches are directly accessible from three different locations in or near the community.
