Pool rules are to be observed at all times for the safety, enjoyment and well-being of the Water Oaks residents and guests.
Be on the lookout for the ANNOUNCEMENTS, NOTICES in the COMMUNITY NEWSLETTER, or SPECIAL NOTICES on the website when normal conditions are impacted.
Each season, early closures may occur due to weather or problems encountered at the pool that requires a shutdown for a set number of hours.

Membership
Membership in the Water Oaks Community Pool is limited to community residents. All members and Member Residents must agree to the pool rules prior to use of any of the Water Oaks Community Pool Facilities. Please review current pool rules for community residence requirements.
Do I register for the pool?
No. Each household residence who properly complies with community guidelines becomes a Member Resident associated with the Water Oaks Community Pool Facilities (pool enclosure, buildings, and entryway). Annual registration occurs automatically based on your information noted with our management company.
